Tasty, no-nonsense, recognisable yet special. Fresh and homemade, plant-based and sustainable with a rough edge. Of course we can also take into account different allergies, so that everyone can enjoy our food.
Bar Bistro Calypso is a cozy living room with a great drinks menu. In addition, we show Eindhoven how delicious plant-based food can be! We have been voted best vegetarian restaurant in the Netherlands, and restaurant of the year in Eindhoven!
Every Wed - Sun we offer food drinks, board games and a good time. Are you looking for a location to book for your wedding, birthday, company drinks, anniversary, promotion, or other party? Calypso will take care of it!
With our distinctive Mercedes food trucks we bring real good plant based food to company parties, weddings and other events. And of course you can find us at a range of festivals and fairs throughout the year!
